Pretty/quite = more than/বেশ অর্থে

এটা বেশ ভালো = This is pretty good.

সে বেশ স্বাস্থ্যবান। = He is pretty healthy. = He is quite healthy.

ঐ জিনিসটা বেশ মজবুত। = That thing is pretty/quite robust.

Standard English - এ ’বেশ’ অর্থে quite এর চেয়ে pretty ব্যবহারের প্রবণতা বেশি।

1. This is pretty good.= This is more than good.

2. He is pretty healthy. = He is quite healthy. = He is more than healthy.

3. That thing is pretty/quite robust. = That thing is more than robust.
